Ponti Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI, produced in the vinegar cellar of Vignola, at the foot of the Modena hills, is the result of a skilful refinement of concentrated grape must and cooked must, from selected grape varieties, with fine wine vinegar.
Thanks to the period of maturation in oak barrels, it gives a refined bouquet and becomes an excellent condiment for flavouring raw and cooked meat and fish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses, and raw and cooked vegetable salads.
