A local ancient grain (Grano Cappelli) is used in the malt mix to give it intensity and smoothness. Orange zest is added, an atypical ingredient for the style, to make it incredibly fresh and add a touch of Italian character. An unfiltered, golden beer with a cloudy appearance. The nose is fragrant and intense with notes of cereal and bread crust, in the mouth it is elegant but firm. Delicate malt, lean body and subtle carbonation combine to give you a new, modern Italian beer experience.
