The Cuvée Belle Epoque Millésimée of the Perrier-Joüet maison is produced only in particularly exceptional vintages: it has a clear, beautiful light gold colour and aromas characterized by white flowers (hawthorn and linden) and white and exotic fruit (pear, ginger, strawberry and pineapple). In the mouth it 'explodes' with aromas, it is very fresh and voluptuous, where its particularly intense fruity notes prevail. It is balanced and with a good minerality. Refined, fresh, silky: this wine is a real joy for the palate. Recommended with Aperitif, Crustaceans, white meats.
