Baldoni Alchermes 50 cl

A liqueur of ancient traditions and characteric taste, used as addition to desserts, particularly those in the period of Carnival in Fenruary. Made with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and rose water. Italian traditional desserts including this liqueur in their ingredients are: "Zuppa Inglese", ciambelloni (dough-nuts), baked castagnole, biscuits and for traditional peaches in syrup.
